They produce high quality on time work under difficult site conditions. They work well with our site superintendents as far as safety and OSHA regulations. I would recommend there work at any facility. They did drywall, painting, flooring, door and hardware install, and demolition.
Highlands Contracting has provided various scopes of construction and engineering services to my organization which have included site work (excavation and concrete), interior build out, drywall and finishing, and metal stair fabrication and railings. The proposals submitted were thorough and included a construction schedule with durations. Highlands Contracting completed their scope of work on time as expected with excellent quality. The quality of work and communication throughout pre construction and construction was excellent. My organization was pleased with their work and we continue to solicit Highlands Contracting proposals and award them contracts.
